iTaobuy Spreadsheet: Direct Buy, Fill&Buy & MegaShip Guide

iTaobuy stands out by separating Direct Buy, Fill&Buy, forwarding and MegaShip. Our testing team found the spreadsheet should preserve route-specific proof — product link or seller album, QC decision and parcel plan — so a manual order is as auditable as a standard marketplace order.

iTaobuy is a China shopping agent that separates three ways of getting goods into its warehouse: Direct Buy for marketplace product pages it can parse, Fill&Buy for seller albums or incomplete links that need manual instructions, and forwarding for items the buyer purchases elsewhere. After arrival, inspection, consolidation and international dispatch are handled as separate decisions, with MegaShip covering larger or heavier consignments. The platform advertises a 0% agent fee, basic QC photos and 90 days of free storage, so the spreadsheet should record the route-specific proof rather than treating every link as the same kind of order.

About iTaobuy

iTaobuy is better understood as a routing platform than as one fixed checkout path. A Taobao or Weidian listing that parses cleanly, a Yupoo seller album that needs manual instructions, and an item a buyer has already purchased do not enter the service in the same way. Direct purchase, Fill&Buy and forwarding bring those different sources into one warehouse workflow for visible-condition QC, consolidation and international dispatch. MegaShip then extends that workflow beyond ordinary parcels to eligible DDP sea-freight consignments advertised up to 3 tons.

The useful question is not simply whether the advertised service fee is zero, but which route controls the purchase, which costs appear at each handoff and which evidence the buyer must review. Our testing team ordered through the platform and tracked how the same spreadsheeted link behaves differently depending on the route assigned to it. This page follows that decision chain instead of treating every spreadsheet row as the same kind of order.
What to weigh up
What works well
  • Three buying modes in one warehouse: direct links, manual Fill&Buy and forwarding

  • Explicit support for mixed sources including Weidian, Yupoo and Xianyu workflows

  • MegaShip DDP sea freight for oversized consignments advertised up to 3 tons

  • Warehouse QC, parcel consolidation, a freight estimator and optional Worry-Free Shipping

  • 90 days of free storage gives real room to consolidate before paying international freight

What to check
  • The displayed CNY-to-USD rate can add more cost than the 0% service-fee headline suggests

  • Coupons may carry minimum spends, route restrictions, caps and expiry dates

  • Basic QC covers visible issues only; it does not prove authenticity, materials or long-term durability

  • International freight, domestic seller shipping and optional services are billed separately from the item price

  • Seller availability, supported routes and shipping quotations can change, so confirm live screens before paying

Three entrances, one warehouse

Direct purchase is for supported marketplace pages that iTaobuy can parse into a normal order. Fill&Buy is the manual route for seller albums, second-hand listings or private offers that need the buyer to supply instructions. Forwarding is different again: the buyer purchases independently and sends the parcel to the iTaobuy warehouse. All three routes can end in consolidation, but responsibility for seller communication, price confirmation and order details is not identical. Decide the route before comparing costs, and write that route into the spreadsheet row so the next reader knows how the link is meant to be handled.

The spreadsheet handoff is where most mistakes begin

A spreadsheet cell usually carries a source URL, not a complete buying decision. Open the original listing and the iTaobuy result side by side, then match the seller, item identity, selected version, quantity, source price and Chinese domestic freight. If the page cannot be parsed, do not force the link through direct purchase — move it to Fill&Buy and preserve the seller's instructions in writing. This small check prevents a clean-looking agent page from hiding a wrong variant or an incomplete manual order.

Warehouse arrival is a decision point, not a waiting room

Warehouse intake creates four choices: accept the item, ask for clarification, seek a return or keep it for consolidation. iTaobuy's basic inspection checks visible defects and whether obvious details such as size and color appear correct; it cannot establish authenticity, internal materials, fit or durability. Review the images promptly rather than treating the 90-day free-storage period as a reason to delay. The storage clock is for consolidation planning, not quality assurance.

Choose the shipping architecture, not just the cheapest line

Ordinary parcel lines suit typical consumer hauls and should be compared by chargeable weight, restrictions, tax treatment, compensation and route estimate. MegaShip is a separate DDP sea-freight use case advertised for eligible oversized consignments of up to 3 tons to the EU, United States, United Kingdom and Canada. A lower per-kilogram headline does not automatically make sea freight suitable: confirm minimums, destination coverage, item restrictions, handling needs and the live final quote before committing.

Follow one cost trail from CNY source price to USD payment

A useful spreadsheet check records both the source price and the agent's displayed total. On 2026-09-19, a supplied Weidian item showed CNY 860 on iTaobuy and US$151.29 for the product; 860 divided by 151.29 gives roughly 5.6844 CNY per US$1. The same preview added 15 CNY of domestic shipping (US$2.64), making the order total US$153.93, with international shipping excluded. This is a dated checkout snapshot, not a permanent rate, so re-run the calculation for the real order and keep currency, domestic charges, optional services and international freight as separate fields.

How to use iTaobuy

  1. Sort each row into the correct buying route

Use direct purchase when iTaobuy correctly parses a supported marketplace listing. Use Fill&Buy when a Yupoo album, Xianyu offer or private seller requires manual details. Use forwarding only when you buy independently and need the iTaobuy warehouse to receive and consolidate the goods.

  2. Compare the source page with iTaobuy's parsed page

Keep the source page open beside iTaobuy and check seller, item identity, version, size or color, quantity, CNY price and domestic freight. If important information disappears during parsing, stop and switch the order route instead of assuming the agent page is complete.

  3. Record the complete pre-warehouse cost

Write down the source CNY price, iTaobuy's displayed USD price, domestic delivery and any optional service. If you fund the wallet, inspect the selected payment channel's actual-payment amount as a separate checkpoint, and apply coupon thresholds only after the parcel route is known.

  4. Turn QC photos into an accept, clarify or return decision

Inspect the warehouse images as soon as they appear. Accept only when visible details match the order, ask for clarification when photos are inconclusive, and request a return promptly where the seller's rules allow it. The 90-day free-storage period is a consolidation window, not an extended QC deadline.

  5. Build the shipment around the parcel, not the coupon

For an ordinary haul, compare live parcel lines by chargeable weight, restrictions, tax treatment and compensation. For an eligible oversized load, price MegaShip separately and confirm DDP coverage, minimums and handling rules. Only then apply a route-compatible shipping coupon and submit the parcel.

Shopping-agent guide
Work through an iTaobuy spreadsheet in two passes. The first pass is link research: classify each source, compare the original listing with the agent page and reject rows that no longer resolve cleanly. The second pass is transaction control: record the live conversion, review warehouse evidence and choose a shipping structure that matches the parcel rather than the promotion headline.

Our testing team found the handoff between source page and agent page is where most errors appear, because a spreadsheet cell carries a URL rather than a complete buying decision. Prices, variants and domestic freight should be captured on the same day and dated, since the displayed conversion and any coupon terms are snapshots rather than standing guarantees. Treat freight quotations the same way: quote, then re-quote at parcel submission.
